Linking sites

One of our main clients, Afren have sites in both London and Lagos, Nigeria. VoIP has been used to link both sites successfully, allowing greater visibility of where people are and when they are on the phone.

Users can call each other internally for free, however if a user in Nigeria would like to call a client in London the phone system will link with the London system like an internal call and then breakout locally meaning the call is charged as if it is a local London call.
