Our help desk hours are 9:00AM through to 6:30PM, Monday to Friday. Customers with 24×7 cover who have an urgent matter that needs support out of hours, please telephone the helpdesk using one of the above numbers and you will reach our on-call service.
When raising support requests it is helpful to try and include as much information as possible as this will help speed up the resolution times. Key items to include are:
1. A description of the problem
2. If the problem is experienced by any other users
3. If the problem is intermittent
4. When the problem started
5. Actions you may have already taken to try and resolve the issue
