Unhappy with the lack of account management and increasing costs, the company decided to search for a local Vodafone provider which could provide a personal service and reduce their costs.

In order to demonstrate the local and personal service Harvey Shopfitters were after, Pinnacle agreed to manage their account on a trial period free of charge. Ever since then, Harvey Shopfitters have had a dedicated Account Manager – their one point of contact to call should they have any urgent queries. This means issues can get resolved quickly, with handset replacements and SIMs often being shipped out the very day they have been requested.
Harvey Shopfitters’ previous mobile provider charged £10,000-12,000 per month for 100 company mobile handsets. Pinnacle analysed these bills and was able to move all users to a tariff better suited to their usage. Since then, Harvey Shopfitters have reduced mobile costs by over 50% – all while expanding their staff by 67 employees!
